Postpartum Return to Fitness Program
So you’ve been cleared by your doctor at your 6-week postpartum check-up…now what?! This program provides an on-ramp back to your regular fitness routine by teaching and implementing strategies focused on healing and restoring the core and pelvic floor that is fundamental to returning to desired levels of athleticism. This is a 6-week in-person program, meeting once per week.
